Jason Sambrano joined Goddards Enterprises Limited on 1st October 2024 as the Divisional General Manager for the Shipping Division. He began his career in 2001 at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Assurance and Business Advisory Department. While at PwC, he worked with clients in the oil & gas, banking, manufacturing, and financial services sectors, progressing to the position of Senior Accountant.

In 2007, Jason became the Finance & Information Systems Director at St. Lucia Distillers Group of Companies, where he was responsible for the Finance, Purchasing, IT, and Distribution Departments. During his time in St. Lucia, he assisted the local Chamber of Commerce by serving as the Private Sector Representative on the VAT Implementation Committee, chaired by the Prime Minister of St. Lucia. He returned to Barbados in 2011 to become the Chief Financial Officer of Roberts Manufacturing Co. Limited, and in 2014, he was appointed as the Managing Director.

Jason has over 17 years of executive management experience and has served as a Director of Vitamin Pet Foods Ltd., Pinnacle Feeds Limited, and the Caribbean Poultry Association. He is also a Pension Plan Trustee. Jason is a Past President and 1st Vice President of the Barbados Manufacturers Association (BMA), represented the BMA on the Boards of the Barbados Investment & Development Corporation (BIDC) and the Barbados Private Sector Association (BPSA), and sits on the membership committee of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB).

He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill, is a Chartered Accountant, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
