Congratulations to Mr. Mario Colindres on his promotion to General Manager of GCG Antigua effective December 15th, 2016!
Mario joined GCG El Salvador in 1990 as Pastry Chef and progressed in the Company through his dedication, effort and passion to continue to learn and grow. After five years as Production and Purchasing Manager, he was promoted to Operations Manager and then transferred as Executive Chef and Operations Manager in Saint Maarten.
In 2007, he joined the Antigua team also as Executive Chef and Operations Manager. For the past year, Mario has overseen all of Antigua’s business operations.
