Goddard Catering Group (GCG) took home three awards at the prestigious United Airlines Annual Quality First Caterer Recognition Program held at Thursday, April 22nd, 2016, on the 99th floor of the Willis Tower in Chicago, Illinois. Over 180 inflight caterers from around the world participated in the program which celebrated its twentieth year. The gathering was addressed by the CEO of United, Mr Oscar Munoz and Mr Jimmy Samartzis VP of Food Services and Clubs who emphasized the importance of their catering partners in delivering consistently high quality products and service for their customers.
Goddard Catering Group Honduras won the prestigious Crystal Award for the Small Location Category by sweeping all four quarters in 2015. This award was achieved by the consistent delivery of quality catering and service to United Airlines and the dedication and commitment to excellence by all employees of the company. Goddard Catering Group, Montego Bay Jamaica took the Bronze Award in the Small Category.
In the Medium Category, Goddard Catering Group Bogotá won the Silver Award also a very commendable performance.
Allied Caterers Ltd in Trinidad were recognized for winning the 2nd quarter of 2015 in the Small Category and Goddard Catering Group Guatemala for wins in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarters in the Medium Category.
GCG was represented at the function by its President, Stewart Massiah and a team of eleven, drawn from the locations being recognized.
These commendable results were achieved due to the consistent performance of the five companies during the year.
