Neu-Isenburg, Germany/Barbados, November 12, 2015 – Goddard Enterprises Limited (Goddard) and LSG South America (LSG Sky Chefs) have signed an agreement to renew their existing joint-venture (JV) contract. Under the new agreement, the JV will be extended until September 30, 2035.
The JV was founded in 1995 on the basis of a 51 percent shareholding by Goddard and 49 percent by LSG Sky Chefs. Today, it comprises 21 locations throughout the Caribbean and Latin America and employs 3,380.

The LSG Group is the world’s largest provider of in-flight services. These include catering, onboard retail, in-flight equipment and logistics, consulting and lounge services.
