On December 8, 2014 Goddard Enterprises Limited hosted a Pensioners' luncheon at Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre. It is a time when Pensioners meet and greet old friends and this is a good start to the Christmas festivities. Lunch was enjoyed in beautiful surroundings to the melodious sounds provided by the team of Chris Harper and Willie Kerr of NotestoNote Inc. Before the meal, Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Natasha Small gave a moving prayer of thanksgiving.
Mr. Charles Herbert, Chairman of the Board of Directors welcomed Pensioners and acknowledged their efforts which have contributed to the success of the Goddard Group of companies.
Mr. Anthony Ali, Managing Director of the Goddard Group, delivered the closing remarks and likened the efforts of the Pensioners to those of the hundreds of scientists who worked launching the space probe to the Philae comet, “who in their time, found in part, meaning and purpose through contributing their intellect, skill and devotion to a massive project now 93 years in the making. Indeed, what Goddard’s is today has been built on the foundations of your hard work and commitment.”
The beautiful centre-pieces created by Donna Nadur were raffled with one lucky person at each table having a keepsake of the 2014 luncheon.
